When will my order ship?

The date your order is going to be shipped is shown under each book box and signed paperback. As every signed book and book box is custom-made, usually an approx. month is required before the order can be shipped.

Where I ship

I ship from either Lithuania or the United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout and added to your total.

Delivery time

Once your box has shipped, delivery usually takes up to 30 business days via standard post. This is an estimate, and carrier or customs delays can happen.

Tracking

I'll email you a tracking number as soon as your box ships. Please keep an eye on your spam folder in case the email lands there.

Customs, duties, and import fees

Customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply when your order arrives. These are charged by customs or the carrier, not by me. They are not included in my prices and are the buyer's responsibility. Rules and amounts depend on local country regulations and can change, so please check with your local customs office or the carrier if you have questions.

Your shipping address

Please double-check your address at checkout. I can't change it once the box has shipped. If a box is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because it wasn't collected, I'll contact you, and you'll pay the cost of reshipping.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your box hasn't arrived within 10 business days after the tracking shows it should have, or if it arrives damaged, email me at villar.arisa@gmail.com with your order number and, for damage, clear photos of the box and packaging. I'll help you sort it out with the carrier, and the damaged-item policy on the Returns page applies.
