This website and shop are run by Arisa Villar, an individual business operator in Lithuania, who is the data controller of your personal data. This policy explains what information I collect, why, and what your rights are. Please read it before using the site or placing an order.

I take care of your personal data and am committed to keeping it confidential and secure.

Personal information I collect

When you visit the site, I automatically collect certain information about your device, such as your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. As you browse, I also collect information about the pages or products you view, what websites or search terms led you to the site, and how you interact with it. I call this "Device Information."

When you place an order or contact me, I collect the information you provide: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (if you give one), and order details. Your card details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe, and I do not see or store them.

Why I process your data

Only as much as is needed to run the shop: to process and ship your order, to communicate with you about it, to provide customer support, to prevent fraud and abuse, to keep statistics on website usage, and to meet legal and tax obligations. The statistics are not combined in a way that identifies any individual visitor. I will only send you marketing emails if you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

You can browse the site without giving me any personal information. If you choose not to provide it, though, you will not be able to place an order or contact me through the site.

Who I share it with

Only with the services needed to run the shop: Hostinger (the store platform), Stripe (payment processing), shipping carriers, and email or analytics providers. I never sell your personal information. Your information may be processed outside Europe, including in the United States.

As long as needed to fulfill your order and to meet legal and accounting requirements.

Your rights

If you are a European resident, you have the right to be informed, the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and rights relating to automated decision-making and profiling. To exercise any of these, contact me using the details below. I process your information to fulfill contracts with you (for example, when you place an order) and to pursue my legitimate business interests described above.

I keep reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, modification, or disclosure. However, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

I will disclose information I collect, use, or receive if required or permitted by law, for example to comply with a legal process, and when I believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect my rights, your safety or the safety of others, to investigate fraud, or to respond to a government request.
