Returns & refunds

All sales are final.

Every signed book and book box is custom-made, specially prepared for your order. Because of this, I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please check your order carefully before paying, as it cannot be changed or cancelled once production begins.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If your box arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email me within 7 days of delivery at villar.arisa@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the box and the packaging. I'll review your case and, where appropriate, repair or replace it.

Shipping problems. If your package is lost or badly delayed, email me at villar.arisa@gmail.com, and I'll help you sort it out with the carrier.
