I‘m Arisa Villar, an author weaving tales of dark romance and dark fantasy.
My stories focus on characters who are flawed, complex, boast dark pasts, and tend to express themselves in very, very questionable ways. So, if you‘re looking for a storyteller who can‘t write a sunshine character for the life of her, I‘m your gal! In my fictional worlds, you will only find morally gray (or morally black) characters ready to rain damage.
Born in a small country, a land called Lithuania, I always enjoyed stories. Since the year I learned how to read, my parents couldn‘t pull me out of books. Though I studied marketing and worked in the field for quite a few years, my brain never ceased conjuring up ideas and scenes. One winter evening, I decided to put them onto paper.
And so, my dream to become a writer was born.
Now, my body still lives in the same tiny country in the corner of Europe, but my mind leaps from one imaginary continent to another every time I sit down to write.
