Books are custom signed for you, so all sales are final. Every book is signed and personalised to you, which means it can't be resold to anyone else. For that reason, I can't offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed. If your box arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, email me at villar.arisa@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, and I'll sort it out.
Order processing. Books are ordered from my printer once every two months, so there's a genuine wait. Usually, books are dispatched 1–3 weeks after the current ordering window closes, and you'll receive tracking by email the moment it ships.
